Our house hadn't been cleaned well for over three months. It had gotten out of control, as our previous cleaner suddenly left the business. Three people arrived and did an amazing job. They even cleaned our oven, which we weren't expecting!

I highly recommend Penny’s Cleaning! The girls came and cleaned everything so good! They were not mad that my little dog escaped her kennel and followed them around. Did a miracle clean in my mud room and 4 seasons sun room, along with my house. They even cleaned all of my ceiling fans! What I liked the most was how much pride they had for the company and their job with Penny’s Cleaning they radiated happiness. Again I highly recommend them.

My Mom was OCD, who was unable to do her own cleaning and wouldn't let me clean for her- I wasn't good enough cleaner! Penny was so patient, so understanding, and allowed her to direct her and did so many extras, for my Mom. MY Mom was not an easy person to please, and because she was unable to do it herself, she would make any job for her almost intolerable. Wish I would have taken before and after pictures! My house was so dusty and the bathrooms (2) we're disgusting and now it's clean.. The time I paid for we couldn't get everything in 1 cleaning.. but they did such an awesome job we are going to have them clean monthly. My husband was the cleaner but do to a shoulder surgery and now chemo treatments it got away from us . So nice to have clean back! Penny's is worth every Penny! And compared to most other cleaners,her prices are hard to beat!

I cannot say enough great things about Penny's cleaning and her staff. I Hired them because I was having a many visitors come in. They helped me get my home spotless! Then the hour everyone let and I was so stressed out (you all know the feeling). Chaos and my air conditioner broke----on 100 degree day. They jumped in, helped, cleaned...it was unbelievable. Absolutely phenomenal! I was a bit leery at first to hire a third-party cleaning service. My wife has a debilitating illness and can’t devote the time or energy to cleaning that she once did. This was my first experience having my house cleaned professionally. They were fantastic. A crew of 3 showed up and got to work immediately. They were all super friendly, loved on my pets and worked really hard the entire time. The team-lead was very communicative about what they would be able to accomplish during their visit so I had clear expectations of what would be done. My kitchen and bathroom look cleaner than they ever have! Will definitely be using them consistently and recommend them to others!

I've never used a cleaning service before, so I only have Penny's as reference. I just bought a house and called to get the house cleaned before I moved in. I called and Penny worked me in the next day. Her crew missed a few small things here and there, most of it was caught. I think they had a little trouble working around the carpet cleaning person. My fault for scheduling them both at the same time. Penny texted me to ask how it went, I told her about the missed areas and she sent her crew back out the following day to get it taken care of. Penny even came herself to clean because one of her crew members was sick. Penny is very responsive and does exactly what she says she will. You can tell she"s on point with her business and wants things done correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to use Penny's again for cleaning.

The cleaning team was excellent. They were very quick and efficient and got more done (and cleaner) in a hour and a half than i could in a while days work by myself. Cindy seemed a little upset that they couldn’t quite get everything she wanted done done due to the excessive amount of pet hair, but my house hasn’t been this clean in a long time, so i am as happy as a puppy.
